Payment Terms: The RWTA’s preferred method of payment is via EFT, and a 2½ % surcharge applies on all Credit Card payments. Payment must be received prior to the event to confirm your attendance, and an Invoice will be issued which will become your receipt, once payment is received.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Refunds are not applicable when cancellation of a booking occurs within 3 days of the event.
Privacy Statement: The RWTA collect personal information about participants in order to manage and maintain their event booking. Contact information will be used by the RWTA to provide information about future functions, events, training opportunities, key news and issues effecting the Australian Cold Chain Industry. Your contact information will not be released to any third parties without your prior consent.
